APN observes the privacy policy. We take privacy seriously and we treat personal data with caution.

Purpose

All the (personal) data that we collect/obtain by phone, email, application forms and otherwise are stored and used to ensure the best job/order match search and the best match between the job and the applicant (intermediation). This has to do not only with the job orders/job offers at hand, but also the orders/offers that might be interesting for you in the future. Other reasons for using your data are as follows:

• Administration of personnel and financial matters, related to working hours, holiday entitlements and pay.

• Assessment of your availability and readiness to work.

• Work agency services or intermediation in respect of training and entering into contracts in this respect.

• Your secondment to principals.

• Fulfilment of obligations in respect of returning to work after illness.

• Provision of service-related information to you, such as newsletters, events, or training.

• Further development and improvement of our website and other systems.

• Observance of laws and legal regulations.

• Management purposes; generation and completion of market analyses, (external and internal) checks, financial statements audits and checks; and support and execution of safety in the company.

• Provision of access to and ability to use our closed Internet environments, (self-service) websites and our Intranet.

Sharing information

We provide personal data to all the principals that offer jobs. Others to whom we provide personal data are external service providers who perform specific tasks at APN’s request. These are, for example:

• Administrative/financial service providers who need your data to prepare pay transfers or register you as insured persons.
• HR service providers who need your contact information in relation to returning to work after illness.
• Training and education service provides who need the data to register you as a participant.
• We also provide your personal data to law enforcement authorities or bodies when this is a statutory requirement.

Storage

Your data is stored in our planning, relationship and financial management software. The data will not be rented, hired, sold or otherwise disclosed.
